You must submit your form within 6 months of the date the notice of intent to claim was sent. To complete your claim, you will need to provide a detailed description of what is being claimed, a document showing your cost price (not the loss incurred or the selling price), and photos or technical drawings of the items claimed. The goods involved in the claim must remain available until the file is completed. Otherwise the claim may be denied.
