For one day, our customer service agents had the opportunity to share the daily reality of a truck driver.
For some, it was their first experience in a truck, for others it was familiar ground. One thing is certain, this day allows us to better understand the work of our brothers and sisters. This exchange promotes collaboration and allows us to develop our empathy with the daily lives of our colleagues. We are aware that there is a world between the tasks of truckers and those of customer service. However, the purpose remains the same, namely to offer a service of choice to our customers.
Some customers have even found this initiative inspiring! Indeed, according to what was transmitted to us, it was not uncommon to see people leaving their offices to observe this association between our two employees. Moreover, we wonder if we will inspired new pairings between different departments?
But based on our experience, we came out as winners.
