As we continue our journey toward our 100th anniversary, we are proud to see that adaptability is part of our DNA just like excellence, reliability, and being there for our customers.
This week, while cleaning up our past newsletters to make room for upcoming communications, we took a moment to reflect on the path we’ve traveled. Re-reading these messages sent over the years allowed us to realize just how remarkably adaptable our industry and our organization have been.
In the trucking industry, challenges are numerous and often unpredictable. Strikes that disrupt road and rail networks, natural events such as wildfires, floods, and winter storms, not to mention sociopolitical tensions that affect the markets in which we operate. Each day brings its share of constraints and unforeseen circumstances.
And yet.
Since 1928, one thing has remained unchanged: our commitment to service quality. Despite obstacles, we meet our deadlines. Despite pressure, our customer service remains A1. Despite challenges, we continue to move forward with confidence.
This consistency reflects a dedicated, passionate team that is firmly solution-oriented. A team that is not afraid of challenges and that, year after year, continues to move Groupe Bourret forward.
