A Promising 17th Edition

13 April 2026

Under bright sunshine and unmistakably spring-like weather, the press conference for the 17th edition of the Course Des Chênes toi! Bourret was held on Thursday, April 9, at the Entreposage Bourret facilities.

The event brought together several valued partners of the race, once again demonstrating the community’s strong commitment to this major celebration of physical activity. We also had the honour of welcoming Mayor Jean-François Houle, whose presence highlights the importance of this event for the community.

Year after year, for the past 17 years, the Course Des Chênes toi Bourret has established itself as a must-attend event in Drummondville. Bringing together thousands of participants, it offers a variety of events accessible to all, ranging from a family walk to a full marathon, all in a festive and inclusive atmosphere.

It is also important to highlight that this is much more than a sporting event. The race embodies strong values: promoting healthy lifestyles, encouraging personal achievement, and bringing an entire community together. This event alone mobilizes more than 300 volunteers.

This 17th edition is already shaping up to be a great success, driven by strong organization, committed partners, and ever-growing participation. Everything is in place to make this day a unifying, energizing, and memorable experience.

We would like to warmly thank all partners, collaborators, and participants who, year after year, help shine a spotlight on this unique event in the region.

Join us on May 17 to experience it together!
