Under a bright, sunny sky, the 17th edition of the Des Chênes-Toi! Bourret race took place on Sunday, May 17th and once again, the event did not disappoint.

Every year, we come to the same conclusion: what a wonderful event we have the privilege of being part of. And no, it’s not because we are the presenting sponsor that we say this with such conviction. The Des Chênes Toi Bourret event is truly something special.

A Family-Oriented, Community Event, Above All

What sets this race apart is its spirit. Here, people don’t run solely for performance. They run for the joy of it, to push their limits, to share a moment with their loved ones. No matter the distance chosen or the finishing time, everyone feels included, welcomed and celebrated.

The variety of distances speaks for itself: marathon, half-marathon, 10 km, 5 km, as well as walking events and family races for the youngest participants. There really is something for everyone, at every level. It is this inclusivity that makes this event so strong, year after year.

Behind the Race, Extraordinary People

An event of this scale doesn’t run itself. Behind every kilometre covered, there are more than 300 dedicated volunteers and a solid, passionate and meticulous organizing committee, working tirelessly to ensure everything runs smoothly.
